The Church Council has called a Special Congregational Meeting for the purpose of considering extending a Letter of Call for Lead Pastor.  The meeting will be on Sunday, April 15th at 11:00 am.

On Sunday, May 7th at 2:00 Pastor Jeff Engholm from the Synod Staff will give a presentation on the Interim Period.  This will be very informational and your attendance is encouraged.  There will be a time for questions and answers following the presentation.  Refreshments will be served.

Do you love children?  Do you enjoy spending time with Middle School students?  If so - you are needed - the Children and Youth Ministry Team is beginning the search for Sunday School teachers, helpers, music leaders, Wednesday teacher and Wednesday Small Group leaders.  MEN are needed as well as WOMEN.  Training is provided.  Check with Lynnae if you have any questions.  Please pray about how you could best use your gifts to serve the children and youth of our congregation.

The Women of the ELCA will be sponsoring a Salad Luncheon at church on Wednesday, August 31st from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  This event is a Fundraiser and the public is invited.

The Sr. High Mission Team is doing well!  So far they have visited with the elderly at a nursing home, led Kid's Club, done some painting, worked at a lobster boat, done some conservation work and have reported that it is beautiful where they are!
