The 2nd and 4th Monday of most months, you'll find a group of women gathering at 9:30am to grow in faith and friendship. Called Hands for Hope and inspired by Psalm 90:17, the women gather in the fellowship hall to knit and crochet prayer shawls and complete one-of-a-kind quilts. Prayer shawls bring warmth, comfort, and a reminder of God's love to members and friends of the congregation. The quilts have been distributed in Annandale and around the world.
Newcomers are always welcome. If you are unable to attend the Monday gatherings and would like to learn how to work on shawls or quilts at home, contact Marge Lundeen, Mary Gunnerson or LaDonna Howrll.
