| | On Sunday February 3rd, 140 million Americans will tune in to the Super Bowl football game. There will be parties with abundant food, friendship and fellowship. At the same time, there will be people worrying about staying warm, finding shelter and a warm meal. Please join young people around the US as they demonstrate God’s love by loving their neighbors through the Souper Bowl of Caring. It’s a simple, yet significant act of caring for others. Drop $1 (or more) in the soup pot as you leave worship on February 3rd. Our young people are developing hearts for giving that can last a lifetime. Please support their efforts. | 2-Medium | | |

| | There will be a meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 6:00pm—between the Ash Wednesday Services—for all 9th grade students and their parents in the Fellowship Hall. At this meeting, parts for the drama in the Good Friday Service will be assigned and information discussed concerning rehearsals and expectations. All 9th grade students are required to attend. It is very important parents attend this meeting, as well. It is always more effective when parents get important information first-hand and are available to ask any questions or raise any concerns. We are asking all parents to help with the drama, however and whenever their schedules permit—i.e. costumes, props, etc. Parents will be asked to sign up during the meeting. | 1-High | | |
