Pastor Dave began his ministry at St. John's the summer of 2007. He previously served congregations in Alexandria, MN (Bethesda), Nelson, MN (Our Saviour's); in Gaylord, MN (American); in Clearwater, MN (Rejoice); and in Paynesville, MN (Paynesville Lutheran).

He grew up in LaCrosse, WI; graduated in 1978 from Carthage College, Kenosha, WI and in 1982 from Luther Theological Seminary, St. Paul, MN.

He is married and has three children. He enjoys singing, playing guitar, writing music, reading, golf, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. Original Song: Holdin On to You Lyrics
